Decarbonization Partners, a joint venture between BlackRock and Temasek, is leading climate investment by backing transformative technologies that accelerate decarbonization across global industry and economies. With their focus on proven technologies ready to scale and a rapidly expanding portfolio, they needed an identity that built off the equity and lineage of BlackRock and Temasek but gave them their own platform as a standalone identity.
A strategy to align perception with presence
Their digital presence needed to stand on its own. Antenna Group set out to create a brand strategy and site architecture that not only communicated their investment thesis with more brand visibility and credibility but also provided a clear and engaging pathway for stakeholders, showcasing their expertise and enhancing investor confidence. This brand evolution wasn’t just a step forward; it was a bold leap toward bridging the gap and establishing Decarbonization Partners as a trailblazing leader in the climate sector.

Leading a phased approach to complete transformation

The approach was straightforward—every phase intentional, every output fully responsive. Building on each iteration starting with a holding page, followed by an MVP release, and culminating in the full website launch. The result? A strong foundation that progressively enhanced the user experience while staying true to the core brand. The new Decarbonization Partners website enhanced credibility, underscored their commitment to measurable impact, and fostered connections with institutional investors, client partners, and late-stage venture and growth equity companies. With a seamless blend of storytelling, functionality, and security, we delivered a strategic asset that drove action in the climate investment space.

Phase 1—Discovery & strategy
Decarbonization Partners needed a digital experience that conveyed both authority and approachability. We worked together to refine their narrative: a shared conviction in net-zero opportunities and dual-purpose investment strategy driven by company expertise, track record, and commitment. This story came to life through a mobile-first approach, an intuitive CMS, and optimized user pathways.
Phase 2—Design & identity
Built on the best of both BlackRock and Temasek’s brands, we leveraged their complementary strengths and global reputation to produce a site design system and updated visual brand that walked the tightrope of setting Decarb Partners apart, while honoring the existing brand guidelines. This cohesive identity extended beyond the website to all brand touchpoints, ensuring a unified presence.

Working within the compliance requirements of BlackRock and Temasek, we engineered a secure, flexible digital infrastructure that ensured both data protection and long-term adaptability. By integrating advanced security measures with an elevated user-friendly experience and streamlined information architecture, the website is positioned for future growth and evolving engagement needs.
