The Connell Company is privately owned and managed real estate, hospitality and equipment leasing firm. Founded in New York City in 1926 as a rice and commodity trader, the organization has evolved under the leadership of over five generations of the Connell family.
The Connell team was seeking a refresh of their existing brand including the development of a new parent company website. Antenna Group partnered with The Connell Company to modernize their brand identity, resulting in the creation of a new website that highlights their extensive company history, modern approach to hospitality within real estate and their flagship project called The Park.
Located in Berkeley Heights, N.J., The Park is a pioneering, collegiate-inspired work-life campus that helps people achieve a more balanced lifestyle by creating a new standard for what a mixed-use development can be. Set on 185 forested acres 30 minutes from Manhattan, The Park harnesses mobile technologies to deliver wellness and concierge services across flexible workspaces, experiential dining and entertainment, bespoke fitness amenities, and hotel and residential offerings.
