On ESG, Driving Verifiable Outcomes Is Only Half the Battle
The ESG phenomenon is not as much a departure from the preeminent corporate governance doctrine of shareholder primacy as it is a much-needed revision.
Evidence is mounting that incorporating ESG considerations into operational and investment decisions can help commercial, non-profit and public organizations alike be more resilient, more competitive and ultimately more investable—unobjectionable outcomes for any shareholder.
Yet, while decarbonizing your operations, cultivating a more diverse and inclusive workplace and implementing stronger corporate transparency protocols may improve the bottom line, maximizing ROI is a matter of communication.
And Antenna Group is here to help.
Transparency, Accountability & Leadership Are the Keys to Success
At Antenna Group, we understand that being an effective, credible steward of stakeholder capitalism requires more than improving your own sustainability outcomes. It’s about being open about your successes and failures and accommodating the expectations of your stakeholders.
ESG is about committing to and practicing transparency, accountability and responsible leadership. This is what enables executives to secure continuous ESG programmatic success and, in the process, contribute to the advancement of corporate sustainability best practices.
Antenna Group brings a wealth of experience in developing and executing the bespoke internal and external communications campaigns organizational leaders need to understand and, in turn, accommodate their stakeholders’ priority sustainability issues.
From here, we work with clients to take control of their sustainability narratives and ensure the decision-useful evidence of their ESG performance excellence reaches their stakeholders.
Periodic enterprise ESG performance reports. Organic thought leadership content. Exclusive speaking engagements. News media interviews. Data-driven digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
Among others, these are the components of a durable ESG program with which Antenna Group has a demonstrated record of equipping its clients.
Securing competitive footing in the capital markets, retaining and recruiting talent, avoiding the ire of regulators, civil society and the public writ large—these are only some of the bottom-line advantages that an effective ESG communication strategy can capture.
Inspiring your peers and competitors to follow suit and, in turn, make the world a better place? That is invaluable.
