As an Associate Creative Director (Copy) at Antenna, your work will not just lead projects—it will shape the creative culture, redefine industry standards, and craft narratives that make a lasting impact for brands conscious of sustainability and their legacy.

Activities and Responsibility

Lead mentor & grow- 15%

  • Offer constructive feedback that refines copy and encourages continuous improvement, enhancing team output.

Strategy & planning- 20%

  • Develop and champion messaging strategies that align with and exceed client objectives. Drive strategic thinking that transforms client visions into meaningful, high-impact narratives.
  • Engage with clients to refine and elevate their brand voice and messaging through strategic input and thought leadership.
  • Ensure all copy outputs align with brand goals, differentiating and elevating client presence in the market.
  • Support and lead new business pitches, providing innovative copy solutions and strategic insight to expand client relationships.
  • Utilize data and audience insights to inform and optimize messaging strategies, ensuring relevance and measurable impact.

Create & write- 30%  

  • Lead the development of innovative, high-impact concepts and copy that drive brand storytelling and meaningful change.
  • Craft compelling brand narratives and messaging strategies across diverse media and channels.
  • Provide copy direction to ensure messaging consistency, brand integrity, and creative differentiation.
  • Oversee the writing process, addressing creative challenges to deliver exceptional content that exceeds client expectations.
  • Drive the evolution and enhancement of brand voices, strengthening market impact and resonance.
  • Collaborate with strategists, art directors, designers, and marketing teams to create cohesive, impactful campaigns.
  • Adapt messaging strategies and content across various media channels, ensuring relevance, resonance, and impact.

  • Ensure copy consistency, adherence to brand guidelines, and flawless execution across all content.
  • Deliver constructive feedback to foster an iterative and collaborative writing process, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Champion the integrity of all written deliverables, maintaining the highest standards and reinforcing Antenna’s distinct brand voice.

Client experience- 5% 

  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through strategic communication and collaborative engagement.

  • Balances big-picture vision with storytelling that’s sharp, strategic, and undeniable.
  • Understands the power of earned media creative, crafting ideas that fuel conversation, headlines, and cultural relevance.
